MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT) VITRIF is designed for general fitness, wellness, and informational purposes only. The App is NOT a medical device. The insights, scores, biological age calculations, and recommendations provided by the App are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before starting any new fitness or health regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in this App.

2. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewable Purchases VITRIF offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions ("Vitrif Pro").

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Intellectual Property The App, including its original content, design, algorithms, text, and graphics, is owned by the developers of VITRIF and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our explicit permission.

4. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, VITRIF and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including any injuries or health issues resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

5. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
